Mechanical to Hydraulic Brake Upgrade

We previously converted her husband’s e-bike from mechanical brakes to hydraulic brakes.

Now she has decided to upgrade her own e-bike as well! 🔧⚡

We converted her mechanical brake set to a hydraulic brake system for improved braking performance, smoother control, and a better riding experience.

Riding Times GT73 Pro — Motor Inspection ⚙️

Today at Wire & Wheel, we worked on a Riding Times GT73 Pro with a 3000W motor. The customer reported a noise coming from the motor, and after inspection, we found that the clutch alignment pins had sheared.

This type of damage can happen from sudden high torque, heavy loads, or excessive throttle strain.

Loose handlebar bolts caused the handlebars to move, which cut the throttle and brake cables. We repaired the damaged cables, secured and tightened the handlebars, and completed a full safety check. Another happy customer back on the road!
