For ten years, our CEO has pursued a vision built on excellence, perseverance and an uncompromising commitment to transforming the concierge and hospitality experience in Botswana. Through challenges, growth and countless milestones, she has remained steadfast in her belief that exceptional service has the power to leave a lasting legacy.

FRESH LOOK: Air Botswana launches revamped P**a Lounge

The country’s national airline, Air Botswana, this morning launched the revamped P**a Lounge at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport.

The lounge provides a personalised VIP space where passengers can rest in comfort, work, eat and drink before flights.

“This is a milestone that reflects our commitment to enhancing the experience of every traveller who chooses our national airline,” said Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Noah Salakae.

Air Botswana GM, Bao Mosinyi, said the lounge was an opportunity to give travellers to the city a lasting positive experience.
