Our Management Star is in Dortmund!

Meet Evaldas, Shift Manager at Voltronas Dortmund and the highest-rated manager during last year by our customers across Voltronas workshops.

Truck repair is a funny business when it comes to customer happiness. Usually, when someone meets us, something has already gone wrong: a breakdown, a delayed delivery, an unexpected repair… and, of course, an unexpected bill.

That makes creating a genuinely positive customer experience quite a challenge.

Evaldas manages to do exactly that - with competence, patience, a great sense of humour and, somehow, without ever raising his voice.

For earning our “Management Star” title, Evaldas received the award trophy and, because appreciation should be more than symbolic, a financial bonus as well.

Congratulations, Evaldas - well deserved!

Hard work deserves a proper BBQ.

After a long day in the workshop, our Voltronas Belgium team knows how to put the space to another good use. The plates may look suspiciously empty right now… but give it a few minutes.

And this BBQ has a special reason: our colleague Ivan is celebrating his 40th birthday!

We’re happy that at Voltronas we can celebrate not only achievements at work, but also the important moments in our colleagues’ lives - together.

So tonight, the company is taking care of the whole party and, of course, we’ve prepared a little financial birthday gift for Ivan as well.

Happy 40th, Ivan! May the next 40 come with fewer breakdowns, more BBQs and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Some companies drive their employees to work. We fly ours.

At Voltronas, all our non-local employees are flown to their workplaces at our service centers in Belgium, France and Germany - at the company’s expense.

Why? Because heavy-duty truck repair is demanding and responsible work. We want our mechanics to arrive rested, comfortable and ready to do their best work - not exhausted after a 15-hour drive across Europe.

And it matters just as much on the way back. When the work rotation is over, our people can get home to their families faster and more comfortably, instead of spending endless hours in a van or bus.

Yes, flight costs keep increasing - by roughly 20–30% every year. But some costs are simply investments in people.

And this is one strategy we have no plans to change.

Better rest. Better work. Better Voltronas.
