A few pictures of Cow n Moose’s whistle stop trip to Brussels/Bruge. 🇧🇪

Not much bike related, except we have never ridden in what we would describe as monsoon conditions for so long.

The 🏍️ trip went via the Channel Tunnel, and for the 3 hr ride there we typically could not see more than 4 cars ahead, and at points 1 car, due to the rain, and it was not much better when we got to the other side. 🇪🇺

Got to take the 🌧️ with the ☀️ we guess.

A cool 300 miles and 10 1/2 hours on the Beast for Moose today 🏍️💪

Unfortunately Cow & Moose are going to have to change 🏍️ trip plans this year due to Moose loosing his job 🤷‍♂️

Hopefully we can revisit the Route of Castles next year 🤞

We will update as soon as we have any new plans 👍

We have just been going through the trip and for anyone interested, rough total trip miles from front door to front door will be -
Cow 2,197 miles
Moose 1,913 miles

So here's the final leg before we head to LeShuttle and home.
Day 7. 285 miles and 7hr riding.

Nearly back to Brussels where it all starts.

We will not bore you with maps of the starting journey to Brussels, or the homeward journey from the end of this ride, but for those interested its roughly 287m & 5hr 31m for Moose and 429m & 8hr 8min for Cow (with an overnight stop on the way out).

We cannot wait and look forward to sharing some pitures and video of our journeys (if we are not to tired!).

And we are at day 6 😃
Whilst we are so close to Luxembourg we have decided to take a day trip around the country.
210 miles in 5h should be a nice relaxing day 🏍
Only 1 more day to go and then we will be heading for the Eurotunnel.

Here we are with day 5. Route of Castle's now complete and time to a twisty route home. 214m in 5h 41m should be a little less twisty and a little more flowy (is that even a word?).

We are really looking forward to this trip and just hope that the weather is kind to us.
So day 4's ride is 189 miles and 4h 53m long, without breaks.
A nice wiggly route so should be good fun 😀
