采购公告 / Procurement Announcement
为支持中东区域项目的设备存储与仓储运营管理需求，现就合同物流仓储服务项目进行公开采购，欢迎符合条件的服务商提交报价资料。
To meet the storage and logistics operation needs of our Middle East project, we are initiating an open procurement for contract logistics warehousing services. Qualified service providers are invited to submit proposals.
一、服务地点 / Location of Service
阿联酋迪拜自贸区
Dubai Free Zone, United Arab Emirates
二、服务内容 / Scope of Procurement
（一）供应商需在迪拜自贸区提供符合以下要求的仓储设施与运营服务：
The supplier shall provide warehousing facilities and operation services that meet the following requirements:
（二）不少于 3000 平方米的平面仓库，用于大件设备的长期存放；
A flat warehouse of no less than 3,000 square meters for long-term storage of large equipment;
（三）提供全面的日常仓储运营管理，包括收发货、盘点、进出库管理等；
Full warehouse operation services, including receiving, dispatch, inventory, and stock control;
（四）配置必要的物料搬运设备（如叉车、前移式叉车等），满足设备搬运作业；
Provision of necessary handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, reach truck) to support loading/unloading operations;
（五）配备完善的监控系统与消防设施，确保安全合规运营；
Installation and maintenance of CCTV surveillance and fire protection systems in compliance with safety standards;
（六）可配合采购方后续的物流发运与仓储优化安排；
Able to support future logistics dispatch and warehouse optimization requirements.
（七）签约前供应商应配合我方进行现场实地考察，考察内容包括但不限于仓储环境、设施配备、作业流程及现场管理情况。
Before signing, the supplier must cooperate with our on-site inspection, which includes the warehouse environment, facilities, operations, and site management.
三、服务期限 / Period of Service
拟签约期限：1 年，期满可视项目需求续约
Contract term: 1 year, renewable based on project needs.
四、供应商资格要求 / Supplier Qualification Requirements
供应商资格条件详见附件二。

五、提交方式 / Submission
烦请就以下项目提供正式报价：平面仓储费、电动叉车设备、电动地牛设备、安保服务、网络服务及其他杂费。报价文件请通过公邮件或盖章版报价文件发送，并请注明各项费用的单价、总价及是否含税。
