We are Hiring Sales Development Executive

Requirements:
-Fresh Business Graduate, from any University.
(Marketing Major will be an advantage).
-Must have good communication skill.
-Must be good in English and Bangla (both speaking and writing).
-Must be a good listener and be patient while dealing with clients.

Job Description:
-Visiting both potential and existing clients.
-Bringing new business opportunity for ECL.
-Maintaining relationship with existing and potential clients.
-Making proposal letters and e-mailing clients.
-Finding new business opportunities through internet research and field research if required.

Terms of permanency:
-3 months probationary period
-Probationary period might be increased, depending on performance.
-After completion of probationary period, the employee will be appointed as a permanent employee.

What do we offer?
-TADA bill
-Mobile recharge (up to a fixed limit) for communicating with clients.
-Office sponsored lunch
-Salary + commission
-2 festival bonus (eligible after completion of probationary period)
