[Ayah 0]
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

[Ayah 1]
মুমিনগণ সফলকাম হয়ে গেছে,
Certainly will the believers have succeeded:

[Ayah 2]
যারা নিজেদের নামাযে বিনয়-নম্র;
They who are during their prayer humbly submissive

[Ayah 3]
যারা অনর্থক কথা-বার্তায় নির্লিপ্ত,
And they who turn away from ill speech

[Ayah 4]
যারা যাকাত দান করে থাকে
And they who are observant of zakah

[Ayah 5]
এবং যারা নিজেদের যৌনাঙ্গকে সংযত রাখে।
And they who guard their private parts

[Ayah 6]
তবে তাদের স্ত্রী ও মালিকানাভুক্ত দাসীদের ক্ষেত্রে সংযত না রাখলে তারা তিরস্কৃত হবে না।
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed -

[Ayah 7]
অতঃপর কেউ এদেরকে ছাড়া অন্যকে কামনা করলে তারা সীমালংঘনকারী হবে।
But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors -

[Ayah 8]
এবং যারা আমানত ও অঙ্গীকার সম্পর্কে হুশিয়ার থাকে।
And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive

[Ayah 9]
এবং যারা তাদের নামাযসমূহের খবর রাখে।
And they who carefully maintain their prayers -

[Ayah 10]
তারাই উত্তরাধিকার লাভ করবে।
Those are the inheritors

[Ayah 11]
তারা শীতল ছায়াময় উদ্যানের উত্তরাধিকার লাভ করবে। তারা তাতে চিরকাল থাকবে।
Who will inherit al-Firdaus. They will abide therein eternally.

[Ayah 12]
আমি মানুষকে মাটির সারাংশ থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছি।
And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.

[Ayah 13]
অতঃপর আমি তাকে শুক্রবিন্দু রূপে এক সংরক্ষিত আধারে স্থাপন করেছি।
Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.

[Ayah 14]
এরপর আমি শুক্রবিন্দুকে জমাট রক্তরূপে সৃষ্টি করেছি, অতঃপর জমাট রক্তকে মাংসপিন্ডে পরিণত করেছি, এরপর সেই মাংসপিন্ড থেকে অস্থি সৃষ্টি করেছি, অতঃপর অস্থিকে মাংস দ্বারা আবৃত করেছি, অবশেষে তাকে নতুন রূপে দাঁড় করিয়েছি। নিপুণতম সৃষ্টিকর্তা আল্লাহ কত কল্যাণময়।
Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.

[Ayah 15]
এরপর তোমরা মৃত্যুবরণ করবে
Then indeed, after that you are to die.

[Ayah 16]
অতঃপর কেয়ামতের দিন তোমরা পুনরুত্থিত হবে।
Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.

[Ayah 17]
আমি তোমাদের উপর সুপ্তপথ সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং আমি সৃষ্টি সম্বন্ধে অনবধান নই।
And We have created above you seven layered heavens, and never have We been of [Our] creation unaware.

[Ayah 18]
আমি আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করে থাকি পরিমাণ মত অতঃপর আমি জমিনে সংরক্ষণ করি এবং আমি তা অপসারণও করতে সক্ষম।
And We have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth. And indeed, We are Able to take it away.

[Ayah 19]
অতঃপর আমি তা দ্বারা তোমাদের জন্যে খেজুর ও আঙ্গুরের বাগান সৃষ্টি করেছি। তোমাদের জন্যে এতে প্রচুর ফল আছে এবং তোমরা তা থেকে আহার করে থাক।
And We brought forth for you thereby gardens of palm trees and grapevines in which for you are abundant fruits and from which you eat.

[Ayah 20]
এবং ঐ বৃক্ষ সৃষ্টি করেছি, যা সিনাই পর্বতে জন্মায় এবং আহারকারীদের জন্যে তৈল ও ব্যঞ্জন উৎপন্ন করে।
And [We brought forth] a tree issuing from Mount Sinai which produces oil and food for those who eat.

[Ayah 21]
এবং তোমাদের জন্যে চতুস্পদ জন্তু সমূহের মধ্যে চিন্তা করার বিষয় রয়েছে। আমি তোমাদেরকে তাদের উদরস্থিত বস্তু থেকে পান করাই এবং তোমাদের জন্যে তাদের মধ্যে প্রচুর উপকারিতা আছে। তোমরা তাদের কতককে ভক্ষণ কর।
And indeed, for you in livestock is a lesson. We give you drink from that which is in their bellies, and for you in them are numerous benefits, and from them you eat.

[Ayah 22]
তাদের পিঠে ও জলযানে তোমরা আরোহণ করে চলাফেরা করে থাক।
And upon them and on ships you are carried.

[Ayah 23]
আমি নূহকে তার সম্প্রদায়ের কাছে প্রেরণ করেছিলাম। সে বলেছিলঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা আল্লাহর বন্দেগী কর। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন মাবুদ নেই। তোমরা কি ভয় কর না।
And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him; then will you not fear Him?"

[Ayah 24]
তখন তার সম্প্রদায়ের কাফের-প্রধানরা বলেছিলঃ এ তো তোমাদের মতই একজন মানুষ বৈ নয়। সে তোমাদের উপর নেতৃত্ব করতে চায়। আল্লাহ ইচ্ছা করলে ফেরেশতাই নাযিল করতেন। আমরা আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের মধ্যে এরূপ কথা শুনিনি।
But the eminent among those who disbelieved from his people said, "This is not but a man like yourselves who wishes to take precedence over you; and if Allah had willed [to send a messenger], He would have sent down angels. We have not heard of this among our forefathers.

[Ayah 25]
সে তো এক উম্মাদ ব্যক্তি বৈ নয়। সুতরাং কিছুকাল তার ব্যাপারে অপেক্ষা কর।
He is not but a man possessed with madness, so wait concerning him for a time."

[Ayah 26]
নূহ বলেছিলঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমাকে সাহায্য কর; কেননা, তারা আমাকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলছে।

[Ayah 6]
অতএব তারা তো মিথ্যারোপ করেছেই; সুতরাং যে বিষয় নিয়ে তারা ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রুপ করত, তার যথার্থ স্বরূপ শীঘ্রই তাদের কাছে পৌছবে।
For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule.

[Ayah 7]
তারা কি ভুপৃষ্ঠের প্রতি দৃষ্টিপাত করে না? আমি তাতে সর্বপ্রকার বিশেষ-বস্তু কত উদগত করেছি।
Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind?

[Ayah 8]
নিশ্চয় এতে নিদর্শন আছে, কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই বিশ্বাসী নয়।
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.

[Ayah 9]
আপনার পালনকর্তা তো পরাক্রমশালী পরম দয়ালু।
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.

[Ayah 10]
যখন আপনার পালনকর্তা মূসাকে ডেকে বললেনঃ তুমি পাপিষ্ঠ সম্প্রদায়ের নিকট যাও;
And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -

[Ayah 11]
ফেরাউনের সম্প্রদায়ের নিকট; তারা কি ভয় করে না?
The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Allah?"

[Ayah 12]
সে বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমার আশংকা হচ্ছে যে, তারা আমাকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলে দেবে।
He said, "My Lord, indeed I fear that they will deny me

[Ayah 13]
এবং আমার মন হতবল হয়ে পড়ে এবং আমার জিহবা অচল হয়ে যায়। সুতরাং হারুনের কাছে বার্তা প্রেরণ করুন।
And that my breast will tighten and my tongue will not be fluent, so send for Aaron.

[Ayah 14]
আমার বিরুদ্ধে তাদের অভিযোগ আছে। অতএব আমি আশংকা করি যে, তারা আমাকে হত্যা করবে।
And they have upon me a [claim due to] sin, so I fear that they will kill me."

[Ayah 15]
আল্লাহ বলেন, কখনই নয় তোমরা উভয়ে যাও আমার নিদর্শনাবলী নিয়ে। আমি তোমাদের সাথে থেকে শোনব।
[Allah] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening.

[Ayah 16]
অতএব তোমরা ফেরআউনের কাছে যাও এবং বল, আমরা বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তার রসূল।
Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds,

[Ayah 17]
যাতে তুমি বনী-ইসরাঈলকে আমাদের সাথে যেতে দাও।
[Commanded to say], "Send with us the Children of Israel."'"

[Ayah 18]
ফেরাউন বলল, আমরা কি তোমাকে শিশু অবস্থায় আমাদের মধ্যে লালন-পালন করিনি? এবং তুমি আমাদের মধ্যে জীবনের বহু বছর কাটিয়েছ।

Surah Qaf (ق)
Ayah 8 to 18

[Ayah 8]
এটা জ্ঞান আহরণ ও স্মরণ করার মত ব্যাপার প্রত্যেক অনুরাগী বান্দার জন্যে।
Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah].

[Ayah 9]
আমি আকাশ থেকে কল্যাণময় বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করি এবং তদ্বারা বাগান ও শস্য উদগত করি, যেগুলোর ফসল আহরণ করা হয়।
And We have sent down blessed rain from the sky and made grow thereby gardens and grain from the harvest

[Ayah 10]
এবং লম্বমান খর্জুর বৃক্ষ, যাতে আছে গুচ্ছ গুচ্ছ খর্জুর,
And lofty palm trees having fruit arranged in layers -

[Ayah 11]
বান্দাদের জীবিকাস্বরূপ এবং বৃষ্টি দ্বারা আমি মৃত জনপদকে সঞ্জীবিত করি। এমনিভাবে পুনরুত্থান ঘটবে।
As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the resurrection.

[Ayah 12]
তাদের পূর্বে মিথ্যাবাদী বলেছে নূহের সম্প্রদায়, কুপবাসীরা এবং সামুদ সম্প্রদায়।
The people of Noah denied before them, and the companions of the well and Thamud

[Ayah 13]
আদ, ফেরাউন, ও লূতের সম্প্রদায়,
And 'Aad and Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot

[Ayah 14]
বনবাসীরা এবং তোব্বা সম্প্রদায়। প্রত্যেকেই রসূলগণকে মিথ্যা বলেছে, অতঃপর আমার শাস্তির যোগ্য হয়েছে।
And the companions of the thicket and the people of Tubba'. All denied the messengers, so My threat was justly fulfilled.

[Ayah 15]
আমি কি প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেই ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়েছি? বরং তারা নতুন সৃষ্টির ব্যাপারে সন্দেহ পোষন করেছে।
Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation.

[Ayah 16]
আমি মানুষ সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং তার মন নিভৃতে যে কুচিন্তা করে, সে সম্বন্ধেও আমি অবগত আছি। আমি তার গ্রীবাস্থিত ধমনী থেকেও অধিক নিকটবর্তী।
And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein

[Ayah 17]
যখন দুই ফেরেশতা ডানে ও বামে বসে তার আমল গ্রহণ করে।
When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left.

[Ayah 18]
সে যে কথাই উচ্চারণ করে, তাই গ্রহণ করার জন্যে তার কাছে সদা প্রস্তুত প্রহরী রয়েছে।
Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].

[Ayah 2]
এ কিতাবের অবতরণ বিশ্বপালনকর্তার নিকট থেকে এতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই।
[This is] the revelation of the Book about which there is no doubt from the Lord of the worlds.

[Ayah 3]
তারা কি বলে, এটা সে মিথ্যা রচনা করেছে? বরং এটা আপনার পালনকর্তার তরফ থেকে সত্য, যাতে আপনি এমন এক সম্প্রদায়কে সতর্ক করেন, যাদের কাছে আপনার পূর্বে কোন সতর্ককারী আসেনি। সম্ভবতঃ এরা সুপথ প্রাপ্ত হবে।
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Rather, it is the truth from your Lord, [O Muhammad], that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you [so] perhaps they will be guided.

[Ayah 4]
আল্লাহ যিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভুমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু ছয় দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তিনি আরশে বিরাজমান হয়েছেন। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন অভিভাবক ও সুপারিশকারী নেই। এরপরও কি তোমরা বুঝবে না?
It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days; then He established Himself above the Throne. You have not besides Him any protector or any intercessor; so will you not be reminded?

[Ayah 5]
তিনি আকাশ থেকে পৃথিবী পর্যন্ত সমস্ত কর্ম পরিচালনা করেন, অতঃপর তা তাঁর কাছে পৌছবে এমন এক দিনে, যার পরিমাণ তোমাদের গণনায় হাজার বছরের সমান।
He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count.

[Ayah 6]
তিনিই দৃশ্য ও অদৃশ্যের জ্ঞানী, পরাক্রমশালী, পরম দয়ালু,
That is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,

[Ayah 7]
যিনি তাঁর প্রত্যেকটি সৃষ্টিকে সুন্দর করেছেন এবং কাদামাটি থেকে মানব সৃষ্টির সূচনা করেছেন।
Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay.

[Ayah 8]
অতঃপর তিনি তার বংশধর সৃষ্টি করেন তুচ্ছ পানির নির্যাস থেকে।
Then He made his posterity out of the extract of a liquid disdained.

[Ayah 9]
অতঃপর তিনি তাকে সুষম করেন, তাতে রূহ সঞ্চার করেন এবং তোমাদেরকে দেন কর্ণ, চক্ষু ও অন্তঃকরণ। তোমরা সামান্যই কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর।
Then He proportioned him and breathed into him from His [created] soul and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful.

[Ayah 49]
ফেরাউন বলল, আমার অনুমতি দানের পূর্বেই তোমরা কি তাকে মেনে নিলে? নিশ্চয় সে তোমাদের প্রধান, যে তোমাদেরকে জাদু শিক্ষা দিয়েছে। শীঘ্রই তোমরা পরিণাম জানতে পারবে। আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের হাত ও পা বিপরীত দিক থেকে কর্তন করব। এবং তোমাদের সবাইকে শূলে চড়াব।
[Pharaoh] said, "You believed Moses before I gave you permission. Indeed, he is your leader who has taught you magic, but you are going to know. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you all."

[Ayah 50]
তারা বলল, কোন ক্ষতি নেই। আমরা আমাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করব।
They said, "No harm. Indeed, to our Lord we will return.

[Ayah 51]
আমরা আশা করি, আমাদের পালনকর্তা আমাদের ক্রটি-বিচ্যুতি মার্জনা করবেন। কারণ, আমরা বিশ্বাস স্থাপনকারীদের মধ্যে অগ্রণী।
Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers."

[Ayah 52]
আমি মূসাকে আদেশ করলাম যে, আমার বান্দাদেরকে নিয়ে রাত্রিযোগে বের হয়ে যাও, নিশ্চয় তোমাদের পশ্চাদ্ধাবন করা হবে।
And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued."

[Ayah 53]
অতঃপর ফেরাউন শহরে শহরে সংগ্রাহকদেরকে প্রেরণ করল,
Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers

[Ayah 54]
নিশ্চয় এরা (বনী-ইসরাঈলরা) ক্ষুদ্র একটি দল।
[And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band,

[Ayah 55]
এবং তারা আমাদের ক্রোধের উদ্রেক করেছে।
And indeed, they are enraging us,

[Ayah 56]
এবং আমরা সবাই সদা শংকিত।
And indeed, we are a cautious society... "

[Ayah 57]
অতঃপর আমি ফেরআউনের দলকে তাদের বাগ-বাগিচা ও ঝর্ণাসমূহ থেকে বহিষ্কার করলাম।
So We removed them from gardens and springs

[Ayah 58]
এবং ধন-ভান্ডার ও মনোরম স্থানসমূহ থেকে।
And treasures and honorable station -

[Ayah 59]
এরূপই হয়েছিল এবং বনী-ইসলাঈলকে করে দিলাম এসবের মালিক।
Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel.

[Ayah 60]
অতঃপর সুর্যোদয়ের সময় তারা তাদের পশ্চাদ্ধাবন করল।
So they pursued them at sunrise.

[Ayah 61]
যখন উভয় দল পরস্পরকে দেখল, তখন মূসার সঙ্গীরা বলল, আমরা যে ধরা পড়ে গেলাম।
And when the two companies saw one another, the compa

Surah Al-Hijr (الحجر)

[Ayah 54]
তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা কি আমাকে এমতাবস্থায় সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছ, যখন আমি বার্ধক্যে পৌছে গেছি ?
He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?"

[Ayah 55]
তারা বললঃ আমরা আপনাকে সত্য সু-সংবাদ দিচ্ছি! অতএব আপনি নিরাশ হবেন না।
They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing."

[Ayah 56]
তিনি বললেনঃ পালনকর্তার রহমত থেকে পথভ্রষ্টরা ছাড়া কে নিরাশ হয় ?
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"

[Ayah 57]
তিনি বললেনঃ অতঃপর তোমাদের প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য কি হে আল্লাহর প্রেরিতগণ ?
[Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?"

[Ayah 58]
তারা বললঃ আমরা একটি অপরাধী সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি প্রেরিত হয়েছি।
They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals,

[Ayah 59]
কিন্তু লূতের পরিবার-পরিজন। আমরা অবশ্যই তাদের সবাইকে বাঁচিয়ে নেব।
Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all

[Ayah 60]
তবে তার স্ত্রী। আমরা স্থির করেছি যে, সে থেকে যাওয়াদের দলভূক্ত হবে।
Except his wife." Allah decreed that she is of those who remain behind.

[Ayah 61]
অতঃপর যখন প্রেরিতরা লূতের গৃহে পৌছল।
And when the messengers came to the family of Lot,

[Ayah 62]
তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা তো অপরিচিত লোক।
He said, "Indeed, you are people unknown."

[Ayah 63]
তারা বললঃ না বরং আমরা আপনার কাছে ঐ বস্তু নিয়ে এসেছি, যে সম্পর্কে তারা বিবাদ করত।
They said, "But we have come to you with that about which they were disputing,

[Ayah 64]
এবং আমরা আপনার কাছে সত্য বিষয় নিয়ে এসেছি এবং আমরা সত্যবাদী।
And we have come to you with truth, and indeed, we are truthful.

[Ayah 65]
অতএব আপনি শেষরাত্রে পরিবারের সকলকে নিয়ে চলে যান এবং আপনি তাদের পশ্চাদনুসরণ করবেন না এবং আপনাদের মধ্যে কেউ যেন পিছন ফিরে না দেখে। আপনারা যেখানে আদেশ প্রাপ্ত হচ্ছেন সেখানে যান।
So set out with your family during a portion of the night and follow behind them and let not anyone among you look back and continue on to where you are commanded."

[Ayah 66]
আমি লূতকে এ বিষয় পরিজ্ঞাত করে দেই যে, সকাল হলেই তাদেরকে সমুলে বিনাশ করে দেয়া হবে।

[Ayah 47]
নিশ্চয় অপরাধীরা পথভ্রষ্ট ও বিকারগ্রস্ত।
Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness.

[Ayah 48]
যেদিন তাদেরকে মুখ হিঁচড়ে টেনে নেয়া হবে জাহান্নামে, বলা হবেঃ অগ্নির খাদ্য আস্বাদন কর।
The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar."

[Ayah 49]
আমি প্রত্যেক বস্তুকে পরিমিতরূপে সৃষ্টি করেছি।
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.

[Ayah 50]
আমার কাজ তো এক মুহূর্তে চোখের পলকের মত।
And Our command is but one, like a glance of the eye.

[Ayah 51]
আমি তোমাদের সমমনা লোকদেরকে ধ্বংস করেছি, অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি?
And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember?

[Ayah 52]
তারা যা কিছু করেছে, সবই আমলনামায় লিপিবদ্ধ আছে।
And everything they did is in written records.

[Ayah 53]
ছোট ও বড় সবই লিপিবদ্ধ।
And every small and great [thing] is inscribed.

[Ayah 54]
খোদাভীরুরা থাকবে জান্নাতে ও নির্ঝরিণীতে।
Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers,

[Ayah 55]

Quran Tilawat: Surah As-Saffat (الصافات), ayat 32–45.

--- Translation ---
[Ayah 32]
আমরা তোমাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছিলাম। কারণ আমরা নিজেরাই পথভ্রষ্ট ছিলাম।
And we led you to deviation; indeed, we were deviators."

[Ayah 33]
তারা সবাই সেদিন শান্তিতে শরীক হবে।
So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment.

[Ayah 34]
অপরাধীদের সাথে আমি এমনি ব্যবহার করে থাকি।
Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals.

[Ayah 35]
তাদের যখন বলা হত, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন উপাস্য েনই, তখন তারা ঔদ্ধত্য প্রদর্শন করত।
Indeed they, when it was said to them, "There is no deity but Allah," were arrogant

[Ayah 36]
এবং বলত, আমরা কি এক উম্মাদ কবির কথায় আমাদের উপাস্যদেরকে পরিত্যাগ করব।
And were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?"

[Ayah 37]
না, তিনি সত্যসহ আগমন করেছেন এবং রসূলগণের সত্যতা স্বীকার করেছেন।
Rather, the Prophet has come with the truth and confirmed the [previous] messengers.

[Ayah 38]
তোমরা অবশ্যই বেদনাদায়ক শাস্তি আস্বাদন করবে।
Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment,

[Ayah 39]
তোমরা যা করতে, তারই প্রতিফল পাবে।
And you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do -

[Ayah 40]
তবে তারা নয়, যারা আল্লাহর বাছাই করা বান্দা।
But not the chosen servants of Allah.

[Ayah 41]
তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে নির্ধারিত রুযি।
Those will have a provision determined -

[Ayah 42]
ফল-মূল এবং তারা সম্মানিত।
Fruits; and they will be honored

[Ayah 43]
নেয়ামতের উদ্যানসমূহ।
In gardens of pleasure

[Ayah 44]
মুখোমুখি হয়ে আসনে আসীন।
On thrones facing one another.

[Ayah 45]
তাদেরকে ঘুরে ফিরে পরিবেশন করা হবে স্বচ্ছ পানপাত্র।
There will be circulated among them a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring,

[Ayah 32]
পর্বতকে তিনি দৃঢ়ভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছেন,
And the mountains He set firmly

[Ayah 33]
তোমাদের ও তোমাদের চতুস্পদ জন্তুদের উপকারার্থে।
As provision for you and your grazing livestock.

[Ayah 34]
অতঃপর যখন মহাসংকট এসে যাবে।
But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity -

[Ayah 35]
অর্থাৎ যেদিন মানুষ তার কৃতকর্ম স্মরণ করবে
The Day when man will remember that for which he strove,

[Ayah 36]
এবং দর্শকদের জন্যে জাহান্নাম প্রকাশ করা হবে,
And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see -

[Ayah 37]
তখন যে ব্যক্তি সীমালংঘন করেছে;
So as for he who transgressed

[Ayah 38]
এবং পার্থিব জীবনকে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়েছে,
And preferred the life of the world,

[Ayah 39]
তার ঠিকানা হবে জাহান্নাম।
Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge.

[Ayah 40]
পক্ষান্তরে যে ব্যক্তি তার পালনকর্তার সামনে দন্ডায়মান হওয়াকে ভয় করেছে এবং খেয়াল-খুশী থেকে নিজেকে নিবৃত্ত রেখেছে,
But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination,

[Ayah 41]
তার ঠিকানা হবে জান্নাত।
Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge.

[Ayah 42]
তারা আপনাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করে, কেয়ামত কখন হবে?
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival?

[Ayah 43]
এর বর্ণনার সাথে আপনার কি সম্পর্ক ?
In what [position] are you that you should mention it?

[Ayah 44]
এর চরম জ্ঞান আপনার পালনকর্তার কাছে।
To your Lord is its finality.
