Position: Customer Service & Documentation Executive
Gender: Male Only
Location: Vatara, Gulshan, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
01- Manage all aspects of international sea and air freight documentation Process and manage bookings from shippers and importers, ensuring timely arrangements.
02- Coordinate booking processes with various carriers using online platforms.
03- Prepare essential shipping documents, including Shipping Orders, HBL, MBL, Shipment Advises, and Debit and Credit Notes.
04- Send timely pre-alerts regarding shipments.
05- Monitor container information and vessel connections, updating vendors as needed.
06- Maintain effective communication with vendors, carriers, agents, consignees, and other parties.
07- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries via calls and emails promptly.
08- Organize and maintain documents and records in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
***Educational Background: Graduation in any field.
***Experience: Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding sector, specifically in customer service and documentation. Freshers with a strong dedication and interest in the industry are welcome to apply.
