I would like to sincerely thank the Iqbal AC Bus Service team, especially HM Rasha@l Hawlader Vaiya and Rasel Vaiya (the bus driver), for their incredible help and kindness.
I accidentally lost my bag on the bus around 6:15 PM in the Malibagh area. I immediately contacted the Iqbal Main Office and then spoke with HM Rashal Hawlader Vaiya to explain my situation. He was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, and he personally tried to locate my lost bag.
After some time, he informed me that they had found my bag and that it was safe and secure. He also assured me that the bag would be returned to me either at the place where I had lost it or at the Iqbal Bus Counter in Malibagh through Rasha Vaiya.
I am truly grateful to Rasha Hawlader Vaiya and Rasel Vaiya for their sincere efforts, cooperation, and kindness in helping me recover my belongings.
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart, and a special thank you to Iqbal AC Bus Service for taking such good care of my lost bag and returning it safely. Your honesty, responsibility, and helpful attitude are truly appreciated. ❤️
