🍓🥤 Low-sugar protein drinks are one of the fastest-growing beverage formats — and one of the hardest to get right on taste.

The challenge isn't protein. It's everything that disappears when sugar comes out.

Alternative sweeteners like stevia solve the calorie equation — but they introduce a slower sweetness onset, a lingering bitterness, and a loss of the body and roundness that makes a drink feel satisfying.
