2. Assist, unload baggage from vehicle onto baggage trolley.
3. Es**rt, assist through security scanning.
4. Offer MGA lounge facilities.
5. Es**rt passenger and baggage to airline check-in counter.
6. Assist with check-in formalities. Assist complete Immigration
form.
7. Check all correct documents received from check-in counter
before moving out.
8. Es**rt passenger from check-in area to immigration entry
point/gate.
9. Bid farewell greetings to passenger, before entry into
immigration area.

1. Receive, welcome passengers at Immigration exit gate.
2. Es**rt passenger to appropriate baggage delivery belt.
3. Identify baggage and download from belt to trolley.
4. Es**rt passenger with baggage through custom formalities.
5. Offer MGA lounge facility for long wait at airport.
6. Es**rt to vehicle car pick-up point/domestic terminal if only the
flight linked up with international flight.
7. On request, arrange vehicle/transport to residence/address.
8. On request, arrange Hotel accommodation.
9. Assist with baggage transfer to vehicle/car.
10. Bid farewell.

After completing passengerโs immigration, MGA staff will receive the passengers again at immigration exit gate & es**rt them up to the lounge area, then at boarding time, from lounge up to departure corridor entry area.
