One of the nicest things about Ellerslie is the beautiful high ceilings and 4 huge bedrooms.
We can sleep 11 people easily with room to feel relaxed and space to have time out if you wish!
Things always feel like they are evolving and changes are being made whenever we have time! We have just had new windows installed in the bedrooms so summer nights can be spent bug free while enjoying the ocean breeze!
Bookings have now been reopened so if you know of anyone looking for a relaxing holiday space with the balance of Farm and Lake & surrounded by some of the most perfect beaches just 10 minutes drive away, tell the to check us out!

Today was our first big collection day of Ellerslie honey for the season 🐝
We are lucky to have a sister property at beautiful Possum Brush, which backs onto Kiwarrak State Forrest, this enables a constant supply of fresh local honey in combination with our main hives at Whoota, backing onto Wallingat National Park.
The flavours the bees produce from our local flowering trees in the forests are ever changing, and the batches we will be collecting in the coming months are lighter and sweeter and are my absolute favourite 🍯

With the weather warming up, the holiday season is beginning 💜
It's been so nice being out here the last few days doing some spring cleaning and yard work ready for guests, we have a few more fix ups and upgrades happening over the next month to freshen things up, as always the farm house is always evolving!
