Bewell Coaching Hi, my name is Alan Watson i am married, for the last 30 years still going strong. We have 3 boys together and 5 foster girls, why girls?

so, the boys could grow up respecting females. We have had 2 business together, one in transport the other a charcoal chicken shop. When i was 17 years old with my personal experiences, i had to make severe life choices, which i did for the better, i was able to see in myself that i was going down the wrong path. Two kids a wife and mortgage and losing my parents, i knew something was going to giv

e, so i enrolled to do a holistic counselling course which included clinical hypnotherapy, this took 12 months to complete my diploma. 23 years later I enjoy helping people and seeing them grow and shine. Understanding life's issues and stresses i am able to stay calm and focused on the life i wanted to provide for my family, and now their families.

Values are important part of our daily lives, how we treat ourselves shows how others can treat us values should be unbreakable however when we need to amend them we should be able to make them better.
Self reflection is also an important part of ourselves so we can practice our values and growth.

Anger is a natural emotional response to perceived threats, injustices or frustrations, it is a basic human emotion.
At its core anger is a survival mechanism, it signals that something is wrong or needs to be addressed, whether a threat to our safety, a violation to our boundaries, or an obstacle to our goals,
When stressed anxious or overwhelmed, we may feel angry as a secondary emotion, it may mask underlying feeling’s of fear sadness or vulnerability.
When managed properly it can be an effective tool to transform it into growth and communication rather than conflict.

Confidence comes after you start doing, when you start doing things confidence becomes stronger,
Confidence comes when you start being able to learn from previous experiences and continue doing
Having confidence does take time in certain situations the more you do the better you will be.
