Save up to $1,000 on Mercury 40, 50 or 60hp and the sale has been extended to 26 June. Swipe to see what you get.

The Mercury 40–60hp range has been built for boaties who want more from their time on the water. More torque off the mark. Better fuel efficiency on longer runs. The kind of reliability that means you're not thinking about your engine, you're just enjoying the day.

And with SmartCraft technology including Troll Control now standard, you've got a level of precision and control that used to be reserved for much bigger setups.

Whether you're rigging a tinnie, a small runabout or an aluminium half-cabin, the 40 to 60hp Mercury range is the sweet spot and right now there's never been a better time to make the switch.

Come and talk to the team at Newport or Bobbin Head. We'll spec the right engine for your boat and handle everything from there.

Additional works included various repairs and installation of four new underwater lights, ready to be seen in full flight at night.

Most vessels should be slipped and antifouled every 12 months as a general guideline, however this can vary depending on how the vessel is used and where it is kept.

Vessels that are used frequently, kept in warm waters, or remain stationary for long periods tend to experience faster marine growth and may require more regular attention. Location also plays a significant role, as different waterways have varying levels of fouling activity.

The type and quality of antifoul previously applied will also impact how long the coating remains effective. Higher-grade systems, when applied correctly, can provide longer protection, but still require annual inspection to ensure performance.

Regular slipping allows for early identification of any issues below the waterline, ensuring the antifoul system is still performing as intended and helping to avoid more costly repairs over time.

If you are unsure what schedule is right for your vessel, we can assess and provide recommendations based on your usage and conditions.
