All products are carefully created or selected which we hope you will be delighted with. ORDERING: When placing an order with little Miss Muffet please contact us through our page (commenting sold under the item you are interested in) or via email at missmuffet.com.au All stock is subject to availability. Whilst we will make every effort to represent items as accurately as possible, colours may vary slightly depending on your computer Please remember that all small objects and embellishments may pose as a chocking hazard so care must be taken to supervise small children. Ensure to remove all hair clips and brooches before putting your child down to sleep. PAYMENT: Methods of payment accepted include bank transfers or cash payments if a pick up is arranged Once placing an order, an invoice will the be emailed or posted to the customer. Once this invoice is received, the products balance must be paid within five clear days. Please note that the balance of the invoice must be paid in FULL prior to any product being delivery , and orders will not be posted until payment is cleared by the bank SHIPPING: Goods will be posted within 3 business days of receiving the full payment. Once processed all orders will be sent by Australia Post. Please allow between 3 – 7 working days for parcels to be delivered. Registered postage is recommended. If you decide not to register and use regular postage, this will be at the buyers responsibility and unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any lost or misplaced goods through Australia Post. (Australia Post is committed to providing high-quality mail and parcel services to all Australians, and we rely upon Australia Post to uphold its commitment to ensure the delivery of goods Australia wide.) Postage costs are: (For regular sized parcels) $9.00 for standard postage $12.00 for registered post. RETURNS POLICY: No refunds are given unless an item is proven to be faulty. If proven faulty we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note to the value of the goods purchased (Valid for 4 months). Exchanges or credit notes will be offered provided the item is unused, unworn and with all labels intact in original packaging. All items exchanged will incur a delivery charge, and return postage is at the customer’s expense
