Sending invoices is actually a very vulnerable experience. 😂

You send it hoping you’ve added everything you discussed, and calculated everything correctly - and a few days of silence after that is normal.

40 minutes later:
“I’ve just put through payment.”

Not this time though. Instant peace restored. ✨😂

Group travel sounds fun… until the messages start rolling in. 😂✈️

Behind every “simple family holiday” is room configurations, airline rules, airfare inclusions/exclusions, payment deadlines, seat availability, child policies, supplier negotiations, transfers, departure/return date changes, and trying to keep 30 people happy at the same time. 😅

And honestly? Getting everyone on the same page is a mission in itself. IYKYK! 😂

ATM isn’t just about booking flights and accommodation. It’s about helping families, friends, churches, sports teams and groups travel together with less stress, clearer guidance, flexible payment options, and having someone in your corner when things get complicated.

I thought starting this business while working full time was crazy… and now what started as a dream is placing ATM in spaces alongside some of the biggest names and companies in the travel industry is even crazier. 🤯 Honestly, I’m just so proud!

Back in Melbourne now (and freezing by the way 🥶😂) after an unforgettable time at the Samoa Tourism Exchange… and just like my suitcase, it’s probably going to take me a week to unpack everything from this trip. 😅

What an incredible experience this has been. From meeting amazing people, experiencing the warmth of Samoan hospitality, visiting beautiful resorts, and building meaningful connections along the way - every conversation, site inspection, and shared story reminded me of exactly why I do what I do. ❤️

I am so lucky to have had Ama attend the full STE event on behalf of ATM (while I started my Pacific tour in New Caledonia & Vanuatu 😂) and then I joined her for the final 5 days post-famil experience. Together, we came home feeling so inspired, grateful, and even more connected to Samoa and the incredible people behind its tourism industry. 🌴✨
