Introducing Paola, one of our Operations Managers overseeing container services at Octopus Container Solutions.

Paola is responsible for coordinating container unpacking operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground — from crew allocation and scheduling through to real-time problem solving and client communication.

In an environment where time, accuracy, and reliability matter, Paola brings a calm, organised approach that helps keep containers moving and warehouses running efficiently. She works closely with our clients and site teams to minimise delays and ensure expectations are met, even when things don’t go to plan.

Meet Josh Williams — Managing Director at Octopus
