***PRE LOVED ITEMS***
Kidz2Kidz offers a huge range of gorgeous and excellent quality preloved baby and children’s goods. Most of the items are “one off” pieces. Purchasing items for reuse prevents them from becoming waste and saves costly production of equivalent new goods. It in turn conserves natural resources and protects the environment.
***HOW TO PURCHASE***
We have put items in albums. Prices and sizes will be noted under individual photos. Please request the item you would like to purchase by using the comment button under the photo to secure the item and the size required. You will then be contacted to finalise your purchases. Payment can be made by paying cash or direct deposit within 48hrs. Direct Deposit will be into our nominated bank account. Direct deposits need to be cleared before delivery/pick up. ***RETURNS***
We are happy to Refund ONLY if there is a manufacturing fault on new items, unless stated at time of purchase. An Exchange or Credit can be given up to 14 days from the date of purchase on all goods that have been posted out and 7 days from the date of purchase on items that have been delivered. The item needs to have its original tags on and in its original condition. Pre Loved items and clearance items are not entitled to refunds, exchanges or credits. ***POSTAGE & DELIVERY***
Kidz2Kidz will be happy to deliver FREE to Ellenbrook, Aveley, Henley Brook and The Vines. Pick up is welcomed from the Ellenbrook area. Where the item is too large for postage, pick up is required. LOCALLY:
We use Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post Satchels

* $7.00 for up to 500gms
* $11.50 for up to 3kg
EXPRESS POST:
* $9.50 for up to 500 gms

***LAYBY***
KIDZ2KIDZ is pleased to offer you the opportunity to now Layby your purchases.
* Orders will need to be a minimum of $50.
* Layby must be finalised within eight weeks from date of order.
* If the Layby is of $300 or more, it will need to be finalised within twelve weeks from date of order. If you require a longer payment time, you must discuss this prior to placing your order.
**PLEASE NOTE**: Clearance Items do not apply to Layby and are not accepted in our Layby terms.
* A deposit of 20% is required on your total including postage and must be received by us within three days of your Layby order being placed.
*Payments are to be made at least every 14 days throughout the term of your Layby period.
* All future payments must be made by Direct Deposit, then please email your invoice no and the amount you would like to pay off your Layby to [email protected]. Please do this each time a payment is made - otherwise payments may go unnoticed. You will receive an email copy of your invoice after deposit is made and for each payment made, showing the balance that is outstanding.
* You may finish your Lay-By early if you wish, by paying the full balance owing.No additional fees are charged for doing this. LAYBY CANCELLATION
*If you cancel your Layby, you forfeit 20% of the total invoice including postage. If you stop making payments during the Layby term with no communication of late payment, it will be assumed that you have cancelled your Layby and therefore forfeit 20% of the total invoice. The deposit covers administration costs.
*No cash refunds are available on Layby for payments made. If you cancel your Layby or you stop making payments the stock will be returned to the shelves and a store credit arranged on other products. If you agree with our Terms and Conditions you may proceed with placing your order and state that you wish to do a layby service prior to the invoice being sent out. It will be noted on your layby invoice the following: "I agree to the Layby Terms and Conditions". By placing a Layby order with Kidz2Kidz you are entering into a Legal Binding Contract.
