Our leadership came together recently for a Capability Workshop focused on driving performance, having meaningful conversations, and maintaining strong team standards.

But it wasn't all work and no play - we soon swapped the meeting room for mini-golf! The team had plenty of laughs and crazy swings - it was a great way to unwind after a productive day.

The day was a great reminder that investing in our people is the best way to invest in our operation. By continuing to develop our leadership capability, we're building stronger teams, supporting one another, and creating an even better experience for both our employees and our passengers.
