JOB VACANCY: Livestock Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Livestock Truck Driver to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe, humane, and timely transport of livestock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Transport livestock safely and in compliance with animal welfare standards
• Load and unload livestock calmly and correctly
• Complete delivery paperwork and trip records accurately
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all road safety and biosecurity regulations

REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid truck driver’s licence (MC class)
• Experience handling and transporting livestock preferred
• Strong understanding of animal welfare practices
• Good time management and communication skills

LIVESTOCK TRANSPORT OPERATOR POSITION AVAILABLE

Edmonds Transport is a family owned business based in Naracoorte, South-East SA, transporting livestock across all states.

We are seeking a full-time livestock transport operator. Predominantly sheep work, varying between farm, sale yards and abattoir work.
- MC licence required
- Livestock experience preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant
- Local and interstate work
- Will have own truck and trailers
