It's a new era for Essendon Depot as G1 tram 7006 runs past Essendon Tram Depot on route 59. The modern 2026 tram contrasts the depot buildings that date back to 1906. In the coming months this scene will become alot more common as more tram enter service.

People still expect a tram service and the team from the starters office ensured the actual depot operations took place behind the scenes while ensuring the launch went smoothly as well.
