Pilots and Aviation professionals showing support for Breast Cancer Research and Awareness Every pilot takes a lot of pride in wearing their epaulettes.

It is with that same pride that we can support breast cancer awareness and research by swapping our epaulettes out for Pink for a month. FlyPink is a global aviation industry initiative to support organizations around the world that provide research for breast cancer and help save lives. When I came to QantasLink and saw the pink plane to support breast cancer research I wanted to be able to do something at a more personal level, something that will join together the worldwide community aircrew in a showing of global support

🗓️ It is October 1st, which means it is officially Breast Cancer awareness month.

🎀Every year we encourage Pilots, cabin crew and anyone else who would like to support us to swap out their Epaulettes & wings and include a Fly Pink Lanyard or pin to their uniform.

We are heading into our 11th year of Fly Pink and each year we are donating all funds raised to National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF)

Join us in 2026, wear your epaulettes, wings, lanyards or pins and raise awareness around breast cancer detection.

Take a photo and post it to social media and tag us Fly Pink we can’t wait to see everyone repping the merch this year!
