Deliveries will be late today - our van has done a fuel pump and awaiting on RACQ and tow truck etc.

Hi everyone 👋

Due to the Bruce Highway being flooded again, we haven’t been able to make it through - turns out we own a van, not a boat and it isnt amphibious 😂

We’ll keep a close eye on the weather and road closures over the next few days and are hoping to get freight through as soon as it’s safe. Thanks for your patience!

Happy New Year everyone!

We are officially back on the road as of today - Monday 5/1/2026.

We do apologise for any unanswered phone calls and messages over the break - our Christmas/New Year closure is our only planned downtime each year, and during this time we step away completely to rest and recharge.

We will endeavour to respond to everyone’s calls/inquiries throughout the day/next few days.

A closure notice was provided one month prior to finishing up, and we always use our page to share all upcoming breaks and reopening dates. This helps those who use our service occasionally avoid unnecessary trips into Mackay and keeps everyone informed of our availability.

Please also be advised - when contacting via phone - our response hours are:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Saturday 8am - 12:30pm.
Sundays CLOSED.

Calling or messaging after those hours, will be responded to the next working day.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support - we’re excited to be back and ready for a big year ahead!

As the year comes to a close, we’d like to thank all of our wonderful customers for your continued support throughout the year.

Final pickups before Christmas
• Mackay: Friday 19th December
• Deliveries to the Whitsundays: Saturday 20th December

We will resume pickups in Mackay on Monday 5th January 2026

We wish you and your families a safe, relaxing and joyful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for being part of our journey - we look forward to working with you again in 2026!

Please note there will be no freight service on Saturday, October 4th in the Whitsundays.

We’ll be back on the road Tuesday, October 7th, picking up in Mackay for delivery Wednesday, October 8th in the Whitsundays.

Due to the May Day long weekend, there will be no deliveries to Whitsundays on Tuesday 6th of May. Pickups will resume in Mackay on the 6th, for delivery in Whitsundays on Wednesday 7th.
