Job Title: Office Assistant
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer phone calls and emails
* Maintain office records and files
* Assist with administrative tasks
* Support staff and visitors
**Requirements:**
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous office experience preferred but not required
