I took myself on a solo date last night and it was the sweetest. 💗

It started off with a hoop by the river across the road from where .lady.teahouse was warming up the dancefloor. 🔥

Naturally, I attracted a few kiddos who wanted to hoop with me, so I grabbed my spares (always bring spare hoops!) and had a play. Kids are the best to bring me into my heart and into the present moment. 💗

After I’d warmed myself up, it was time to hit the floor for babyyyyy!!! I took myself front and centre, made some dancefloor buddies and let loose!!! There really is nothing better than shaking off that stagnant energy with a damn good boogie! 🌪️

I’m so proud of myself for going solo…as an anxious little introvert, I can tend to pass up experiences if I have no one to go with. But let me tell you, after last night imma be taking myself out on many more dates in the future! 😁💗

Guess what!? It’s time 😱😃😍⬇️
Do you need some help finding your own unique flow flavour? Or maybe you just want to add some spice to what you’re already serving? Come and join the in the hoop kitchen to mix it up.
The challenge is all about fun, exploration, and trying new things as the Mermaid Squad share what inspires their unique flow whilst encouraging you to find and celebrate your own special sauce.
All skill levels are encouraged to join as the challenge is about being playful and creative and connecting with and developing your own flow style.
The flow kitchen is a place to try out different ingredients and experiment with combinations. We will share a mixture of tutorials, prompts, and insights, but there is no perfect recipe for flow and we want to see your own interpretations and concoctions.
Entry requirements:
1. Must be following all 10 hosts
2. Must like the original flyer on the  page and share to your stories or wall (tag  so I see it)
3. Tag two friends on the original flyer on the page
4. Post a response to at least one daily prompt - each day you respond to will give one entry with a maximum of 11 entries.
