🌸 AND JUST LIKE THAT… THE FINAL WEEKEND BLOOMED! 🌸

What a way to finish Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers 2026! 💐🚌✨

From spectacular gardens and colourful streets to the laughter, friendships, local stories and unforgettable moments — this is exactly why we love taking you beyond the ordinary with QLD Tours.

🐾 And then there was Mikey! 🐾

A last-minute participant in the Paw Parade, Mikey jumped in and absolutely made the most of his moment… coming away with a prize! 🏆🐶

It was fantastic to see so many four-legged family members out on show, dressed up, strutting their stuff and bringing plenty of smiles to the Carnival. ❤️

Because that’s what makes events like this so special — everyone is welcome!

Our final weekend was about more than flowers. 🌺
It was about people. Places. Stories. Connection. And a few very special paws!

🌸🔥 QLD TOURS JUST TURNED TOOWOOMBA CARNIVAL OF FLOWERS INTO A TWO-DAY FLORAL ADVENTURE! 🌸🔥

What happens when you combine flowers, heritage, steam trains, country towns, classic Queensland treats, a spectacular parade and one seriously fun tour family?

You get an unforgettable QLD Tours Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers 2026 adventure! 🚍🌺

We kicked off this massive two-day journey with a stop at Scotland Yard in Marburg before heading west for a blooming blast-off at Floral Friday Frenzy! 🌸🌸🌸

And then… we turned up the steam! 🚂💨

Our DownsSteam heritage steam train experience took us through the countryside to historic Drayton — bringing Queensland history, heritage and a whole lot of atmosphere together.

But we weren’t finished!

🌺 SATURDAY = PARADE DAY! 🌺

The incredible Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Grand Central Floral Parade was the absolute showstopper. Colour, creativity, community, music, flowers and thousands of people coming together to celebrate one of Queensland’s much-loved regional traditions.

And because two days of flowers apparently wasn’t enough… 😂

🎉 SATURDAY — TOOWOOMBA
Grand Central Floral Parade!
One of Queensland’s great community celebrations — floats, performers, music, flowers and thousands of people lining the streets. The 2026 parade is on Saturday 19 September at 10am. (Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers)

🇮🇹 SUNDAY — BRISBANE
Then we’re heading to the RNA Showgrounds for Festitalia 2026 — Italian culture, food, family, music, tradition and, apparently, 10,000 cannoli! 🇮🇹🍝🍰

🪁 AND THEN… REDCLIFFE!

We finish the weekend with Redcliffe KiteFest, where the skies come alive with giant kites, colour and family fun at Pelican Park. 🪁🌈

🌸 LAIDLEY SPRING FESTIVAL — WHAT A DAY! 🌸

Last Saturday, 12 September, QLD Tours joined the Laidley Spring Festival for a wonderful celebration of country Queensland, community, heritage, flowers, food, local talent and classic cars! 🚌💚

Located in the heart of the Lockyer Valley, Laidley is proudly known for its rich agricultural heritage and strong country community spirit.

From the colourful Grand Street Parade and Show ’n’ Shine to markets, orchids, art, crafts, gems, food and family entertainment — there was something for everyone! 🌺🚗🎉

But the best part? Making new friends! ❤️

A big QLD Tours welcome to Claire, Lin, Ursula, Kay and Sandra. It was fantastic sharing the day with you!
