Kearney Logistics is looking for an organised, motivated and committed Transport & Logistics Scheduler to join our growing team.

About the Role
As our Transport & Logistics Scheduler, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our fleet by:
• Scheduling and coordinating trucks and subcontractors
• Communicating with drivers, customers and suppliers
• Managing day-to-day operational changes
• Ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently and on time
• Assisting with transport administration and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
âś” Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
âś” Communicates confidently and professionally
âś” Thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems
âś” Is proactive and able to think ahead
âś” Has strong computer skills
âś” Is serious about building a career in the transport industry
âś” Is willing to be available for occasional after-hours phone calls when required
âś” Has previous transport or logistics experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
