1) REFUNDS & RETURNS PROCESS
Please note that all claims must be lodged within three (3) business days of receipt of the goods. We will not accept any late claims. Ultimate Candle Supply does not resend items in the case of breakages. We will provide a credit that can be deducted from your next order. T
he cost of shipping will not be credited. STEP 1: Contact us. STEP 2: Ensure you include photographic evidence, required for all faulty/damaged item claims. STEP 3: Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to assess and reply to the claim. All refunds & returns will be at the sole discretion of Ultimate Candle Supply. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to discuss the matter.
2) DELIVERY INFORMATION
Ultimate Candle Supply offers delivery to most areas within Australia. The risk of loss or theft passes to you once the goods have been delivered/picked up by our freight carrier. No liability will be accepted for delivery delays where there is no-one to accept the shipment at the delivery address provided. If the delivery address details provided to Ultimate Candle Supply are incorrect and therefore affect delivery, you will be responsible for the cost if the parcel is returned to us. If you then wish to have the shipment delivered to the correct address the cost will also be payable by you. Ultimate Candle Supply cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address. We highly recommend insurance, which will be offered at checkout. If no insurance has been taken out Ultimate Candle Supply will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery. If insurance has been taken out and loss or damage occurs during delivery, we will replace or refund the damaged product/s in accordance with our Refund & Return policy.
3) PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Ultimate Candle Supply carefully hand picks the products that we offer our customers and does not sell copies or fakes. We strive to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that our product descriptions or other content on our website is totally complete, accurate, reliable or error-free. All goods sold by Ultimate Candle Supply are sold on an “as is” basis and we do not make any guarantees or warranties on their quality. Due to the handmade nature of our products they may vary in nature, quality and colour from batch to batch. We are confident that you will be delighted with our products, however if you believe a product that you purchase is not as described please contact us to discuss further. If a product is not defective and you simply change your mind, we will not accept any return. Please note that if we do accept a return, the product must be returned in unused condition for re-sale in original packaging. All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Ultimate Candle Supply. If you are not satisfied with your product/s for any reason, please contact us to discuss further.
4) ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled by contacting us with a detailed transaction/order summary, identifying your order. The order will be cancelled without penalty provided the order has not been shipped. Please refer to our Refund & Return policy if the order has already been shipped.
