Help...I want to declutter before moving but don't know where to start! 😬

Fear not, just follow our manageable advice:

1. Aim for small chunks.
- One shelf or 20 mins of decluttering at a time will feel manageable, not overwhelming.

2. Start by discarding.
- Gain some quick wins by discarding clothes that don't fit, stale makeup, containers without matching lids, old tech, and anything broken.

3. Tame the most annoying area
- If you clear the thing that drives you nuts - that permanently cluttered bench top or overflowing cupboard - the sense of accomplishment will propel you forward.

4. Don't re-clutter!
- Place a moratorium on non-essential purchases until you're in the new house.

While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, here's a rough guide:

🏡 Small move – 1 to 2 bedroom home
10 – 20 small boxes
10 – 20 medium boxes
10 – 20 large boxes

🏠 Medium / Large move – 2 to 3 bedroom home
15 – 30 small boxes
20 – 30 medium boxes
15 – 25 large boxes

🏘 Large move – 5 + bedroom home
20 – 40 x small boxes
30 – 40 medium boxes
30 – 40 x large boxes

How many of each box type you'll need will depend on the types of things you own. Plus, there are a few extra packing supplies you'll also need. Read the blog to find out more:
