🏍️ A Major Milestone for Ironhorse Motorcycle Carriers

After months of planning, building, fabricating and refining, the Ironhorse Navara has officially returned from its full vehicle wrap — and what a journey it has been.

For those new to the page, Ironhorse Motorcycle Carriers is a dedicated motorcycle transport and recovery service servicing Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW.

Built by a rider, for riders, our goal is simple: provide a professional, reliable and damage-free motorcycle transport solution that riders can trust.

Every decision throughout this build has been made with one thing in mind — protecting your motorcycle.

🔹 Sirius Fabrications – Doug and Dan for installing the Neo-Dyne motorcycle carrier system and fabricating the custom 6mm aluminium floor, creating a strong, secure and professional transport platform.

The Neo-Dyne carrier system was specifically chosen to provide a safe, secure and professional method of transporting motorcycles, helping minimise the risk of damage while giving riders confidence their pride and joy is being transported correctly.

While the vehicle build is now complete, we are currently finalising insurance and compliance requirements to ensure everything is properly structured before commencing operations.

This has never been about rushing to launch.

It’s about launching the right way.

The Navara is now ready, and in the coming months our Iveco Daily high-roof van will also undergo a full professional fit-out as we continue expanding our motorcycle transport and recovery capabilities across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

🔥 Progress Update – Ironhorse Motorcycle Carriers 🔥

A bit behind schedule, but we’re getting there.

A huge thank you to Scott and the team at Australia’s Detailing Group for giving the Nissan Navara the full treatment ahead of its wrap installation this Wednesday.

The paint enhancement has brought the black paint back to life, adding incredible gloss and depth while getting the vehicle ready for the next stage of the Ironhorse build.

Every step is bringing us closer to launch, and while there have been a few delays along the way, we’re committed to doing it properly rather than rushing the process.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we build Ironhorse Motorcycle Carriers into a professional motorcycle transport and recovery service for Brisbane and beyond.

The wrap goes on Wednesday, and after that, things will really start coming together.

While the Navara is leading the charge for launch, the longer-term plan is still underway, with the Iveco van set to undergo its own fit-out and preparation over the coming months as Ironhorse continues to grow. One step at a time, but the vision is definitely coming together.

Massive day for Ironhorse Motorcycle Carriers today.

The Neo-Dyne ramp system is now officially installed into the Nissan Navara and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Absolute weapon of a setup.

Huge thank you to Doug and Dan at Serious Fabrications for the quality workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism throughout the install. The amount of fabrication, alignment and precision that goes into something like this is next level and the boys absolutely nailed it.

This setup is all about doing things properly from day one — safer loading, lower angles, secure transport and a purpose-built system designed specifically for motorcycles.

Every step is bringing Ironhorse Motorcycle Carriers closer to launch and I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead.
