DINDI RIDES UPDATE

With the new Melbourne Airport Transport Hub (Pick Up & Drop Off Area) in service for almost two weeks now we are pleased to say that it is a HUGE improvement on the previous antiquated system.

The old drop off ramp is now closed - all clients are now being dropped on Level 3 of the new T1, 2 & 3 Transport Hub. The system requires a short walk across the new air bridge but if you have mobility issues Dindi Rides can help in booking you into the Melbourne Airport Assist Service. This makes the door to door service easy and simple. So please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to take advantage of that.

Pick Ups remain in the Ground Level Pick Up zone located directly outside the Airport terminal doors and in front of the Park Royal Hotel. It is a mere fifty metres stroll from the doors of T3 and T1 across the pedestrian crossing.

T4 (Jetstar/Rex) Drop Off & Pick Ups remain seperate outside that terminal inside the T4 car park area.

Dindi Rides will go through all these details when your in transit so when you arrive at the Airport you know exactly what to expect. If you do have any concerns we are also available on the phone to coach you through any issues in real time.

Making your door to door Airport experience the easiest it can be is what we strive to achieve.

Note that Dindi Rides will operate right through the busy Christmas/New Year period. So if you have your holiday dates booked then please get in touch with us sooner rather than later so we can pencil you in.

This is the same for Christmas Parties and end of year events. Plus of course our medical appointment service. If you need help accessing your medical appointment or to/from surgery then we make that whole stressful process as easy as it can be. Whether its a Melbourne facility, Shepparton, Wangaratta or Albury we are here to help.

Hadn’t been to Kyneton for two decades and we won’t leave it so long next time…

For travellers meeting Dindi Rides the signage as you leave the Airport terminal T1, T2 & T3) is excellent - you follow the green signage to walk across the new airbridge and take the Lift up to level 2. Upon exiting the lifts you turn left and follow the green arrows and turn to your right at the end of those to view the Pick Up Area where you will see my smiling face…

The Airport is providing a number of staff in hi-viz green so you have plenty of assistance in navigating the area.

Anecdotally I am told the process is simple and easy but if you are concerned please don’t hesitate to call me on 0402000534 and I can take you through the entire process in real time as it occurs.

There is even a lovely little area of seating just near the pick up area (see the last two photographs)…

Over the next week I will endeavour to navigate the area myself and will post some more detailed pictures…
