Catiguá – Anaerobic Fermentation (85.5)

A layered and expressive cup. Caramel, red fruits, and chocolate lead, followed by floral notes of rose tea and a liqueur-like finish reminiscent of black forest cake and raspberry.

Catiguá – Natural (83.5)

A more structured and comforting profile. Chocolate and honey upfront, balanced by a clean acidity and medium body, with subtle gingerbread notes adding warmth and depth.
Both lots come from Pieter Keijsers’ farm in Mogiana, Brazil crafted with consistency and character.
