Tourism can improve lives in this country in a very practical way, especially for women who were never given the chance to study past a certain grade.

Official jobs are often closed to them, but that does not mean they have no skill.

They already know how to cook, host guests, sell handmade work, run a small shop
and, in many cases, help a foreigner understand the language and the place.

These informal jobs matter.

A woman who translates for tourists, prepares meals, offers a room, or sells crafts is earning money that can feed a family, buy medicine, and give her a little independence.

It does not always need a diploma or a government office.

It needs visitors who pay fairly and treat people with respect.

This will not replace education, and it should never be used as an excuse to deny school.

But while formal doors stay shut, tourism can keep women working, learning, and standing on their own feet.

A real meal, a clean room, a handmade item, and a few translated words can quietly change a household.
