Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to sincerely apologize to all our valued clients whose applications are currently delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Prior to the Eid holidays, the main issues were related to obtaining PCCs from applicants’ home countries, along with some minor system glitches that MOHRE assured us would be resolved after the holiday period.
Unfortunately, as of yesterday, we are still experiencing difficulties with new applications. The system is now requesting attested university degrees even for basic positions where such qualifications are not normally required.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we continue to follow up with the relevant authorities to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
