We almost gave up on this lot. Here’s why we didn’t👀

When we first harvested the rare Moka varietal, its tiny cherries and complex processing almost resulted in a complete failure.

But refining our Natural process at 1,450 MASL changed everything turning it into one of our best Reserve lots yet.

Our first 90+ score coffee! 💜

Back in 2021, after years of hard work at origin, Java El Edén became our very first official 90+ score coffee.

As we celebrate 7 years of Forest Coffee, we’re looking back at the milestones that proved what our farm team at El Vergel could achieve together.

Happy 7th anniversary to our
Forest Coffee family!🎂🎈

For the three of us, this month always feels like a total reset. It’s that beautiful moment to pause, look back, and realize just how far we’ve come together. None of this would have been possible without the incredible people who have walked beside us along the way both those who are still right here with us and those who have taken different paths!

We deeply believe in the power of coffee to change people’s lives, just like coffee changed ours.

We are infinitely grateful to every single person who has put their heart and grain of sand into keeping this dream alive and growing. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our community. It fills us with so much pride and joy to share this journey with you.
We love you all so much, and here’s to many more years together! 🇨🇴❤️

We are excited to meet the Polish coffee community at Browar Mieszczański during the Festiwal Kawy - Polska 🇵🇱

We’re hosting an open cupping on October 11th at 3:00 P.M., featuring our latest lots straight from Colombia.

Whether you’re a roaster, barista, or coffee enthusiast, this is the perfect space to taste what we’ve been working on at origin and catch up with the team.
