‼️📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: SHIPPING RATE ADJUSTMENT

We would like to inform everyone that, effective Batch 127, our DHL Express shipping rate will be adjusted to AED 60 per kg due to the implementation of the DHL Express Demand Surcharge.
Over the past several months, we have continued to face rising fuel prices and increasing operational and shipping costs. Despite these challenges, we have made every effort to maintain our existing rate, which has remained unchanged since we started our business years ago.
Throughout this period, we have done our best to absorb these additional expenses rather than pass the burden on to our valued customers. However, with the implementation of the DHL Express Demand Surcharge and the continued increase in shipping costs, we can no longer fully absorb these adjustments.
Unfortunately, this adjustment also affects our shipping costs, and we must make the necessary changes to our rates to continue providing you with reliable and quality shipping services.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
